Role Description Cardinal Technology Systems Corp. is currently seeking a Program Acquisition Manager to work for our company. - Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). - (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies). - Leads contractor Information Technology (IT) Acquisition process team to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Provides knowledge of the Information Technology Acquisition lifecycle process and management of milestones. - Manages the acquisition and meeting schedule milestones. - Manages and tracks the collection, input, and processing of information and data received from customers and technical contacts. - Identifies discrepancies, risk, and available resources with government program manager. - Collaborates on process improvement and completion with the government program manager to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of information transmitted for review. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in program management for Acquisition Category (ACAT) programs and non-ACAT programs. - Experience with the Information Technology Acquisition lifecycle process and acquisition milestones. - Experience in managing, reviewing, and analyzing a variety of source and acquisition documentation. Overview The Bonadio Group is currently seeking to add to our growing team, a Senior Internal Auditor to play a key role on our Internal Audit team. The internal auditor assists in providing internal audit coverage of the Financial Institution Group clients to determine that internal controls provide adequate safeguards, to ensure the client’s general operating efficiency and compliance with laws, regulations, managerial policies, and generally accepted accounting principles. Work will be performed at home, client locations and regional office. Responsibilities - Responsible for completing audits as assigned. - Gather and analyze data, and report audit results in accordance with Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing issued by the Institute of Internal Auditors. - Responsible for interviewing client staff as needed to gather relevant information to complete assignments. - Communicate information, suggestions and/or problem issues regarding audit status and critical findings throughout the assignments to the Manager. - Create all work papers to show what was completed, the procedures and methods used, and the conclusion or the results of the work performed in an organized manner. - Support the efficient operation of the internal audit group as directed to expeditiously complete assignments. - Submit recommendations for increasing or decreasing audit steps. - Maintain the confidential nature of all work papers and information obtained during an audit. - All other duties that may be assigned.
