Principal Product Manager – Foundry

• Own the vision, strategy, and execution of standalone modules that solve real GTM jobs for small businesses. • Define and ship AI-powered product capabilities that deliver value in minutes, leveraging the latest model capabilities to solve real-world GTM problems. • Talk to customers daily and synthesize user insights, messy feedback, and behavioral data into actionable product decisions. • Own standalone positioning, pricing hypotheses, and go-to-market experiments for your module. • Understand the competitive landscape deeply to ensure an objective view of market capabilities and where the category is heading. • Make hard prioritization calls.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years in product management, with experience launching new products from zero and scaling them.
  • Deep passion and curiosity for AI and LLMs — use AI regularly, not as a demo but as a daily working tool.
  • Strong technical background with a working grasp of AI/ML concepts.
  • Track record of launching ambitious products that achieved real distribution or commercial success, particularly in PLG or self-serve motions.
  • Ability to synthesize vague or contradictory customer feedback into clear product priorities in fast-moving environments.
  • Understanding of the economics of AI products.
  • Strong opinions on where automation, agents, and AI-native workflows are heading.
  • Creative, hacker spirit and love solving puzzles.

The Role As a Product Marketing Manager at Iterable, you will be the connective tissue between market opportunity, product innovation, and go-to-market strategy.
