Role Description We are seeking a talented AutoCAD professional who is passionate about using Artificial Intelligence as a core design tool to improve speed, creativity, and efficiency in early-stage real estate development. We are building an AI-first internal design workflow to accelerate concept development and improve strategic decision-making. - Create tenant test fits - Develop preliminary architectural concepts - Produce conceptual site plans - Optimize space layouts - Support internal feasibility studies - Generate AI-assisted marketing visuals - Rapidly produce multiple design scenarios This role combines strong AutoCAD expertise with daily AI integration to enhance productivity, iteration speed, and visual communication. This position will help strengthen our in-house concept development process, improving speed, flexibility, and strategic outcomes during the preliminary phases of each project.
