Coursedog
• Own and evolve the systems that power Coursedog’s revenue engine, focusing on Salesforce • Shape the Salesforce roadmap and translate business needs into scalable solutions • Partner with various teams to identify opportunities and prioritize work • Lead day-to-day operations and delivery across the systems portfolio • Direct and coordinate offshore Salesforce Administrators/Developers • Design and build complex Salesforce Flows and manage object design • Own the prioritization of GTM systems work and stakeholder communication • Identify and deploy AI agent use cases to improve workflows and automation
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Familiarity with business systems beyond Salesforce
- Measurable experience designing and building Salesforce solutions
- Proven experience owning a systems roadmap
- Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, and platform limitations
- Strong understanding of GTM systems and processes
- Experience managing or coordinating distributed teams
- Hands-on experience with data governance
- Experience leveraging AI tools or Salesforce AI capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
