This role ensures that Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) items and other program documents are properly tracked, verified, delivered, and stored per contractual and organizational requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.Job Description Responsibilities: (including but not limited to) • Update and maintain the electronic CDRL delivery database and associated tracking tools to ensure accuracy and real‑time visibility of deliverable status. • Update and maintain the program's data repository and all associated data tracking systems, ensuring information integrity and compliance with internal and contractual standards. • Review, validate, and verify that all documents are correctly marked, formatted, and compliant with data handling and classification requirements. • Serve as a key liaison with the Program Manager, proactively reporting changes, updates, risks, or issues impacting data accuracy, document delivery, or compliance. • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive CDRL tracker that monitors delivery milestones, deadlines, and dependencies to ensure all deliverables are completed and submitted on schedule. • Deliver CDRL items directly to the Government using the designated Program Site, secure portals, or encrypted email, ensuring compliance with all security and data‑handling protocols. • Support audits, internal reviews, compliance checks, and customer requests by preparing accurate records, documentation, or reports as needed. • Assist in process improvement initiatives related to data management workflows, deliverable tracking, and document control. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate document preparation, updates, and approvals in alignment with program objectives. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Management, Data Management, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered. • Experience with CDRLs, contract data management, or government program documentation strongly preferred. • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy. • Proficiency with database management systems, document control tools, and tracking systems. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams. • Understanding of secure data handling, classification markings, and compliance requirements. • 2+ years of related experience Desired Skills • Experience supporting Government contracts or DoD programs. • Familiarity with program sites/portals (e.g., DoD SAFE, program-specific sites). • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. • Attention to detail and organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) • Ability to handle sensitive information • Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance may be required Expected Compensation: The expected compensation range for this role is $57,096.00 - $71,344.00. Advanced Practice Providers (APP) who are Nurse Practitioners /Physician Assistants are a growing and critical segment of healthcare providers (HCPs) delivering patient care. The APP Gastroenterology is responsible for proactively& compliantly engaging with HCPs at a local level to identify marketplace needs, provide disease state and product education, and to support HCPs in appropriate utilization of JJIM access and fulfilment resources. The APP-Specialist will compliantly collaborate with other field team members in delivering all role responsibilities. Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities include the following: - Utilize company approved materials to deliver disease state education covering topics such as pathophysiology, diagnostic modalities, treatment options and patient care - Deliver on-label product education to support appropriate utilization of company approved products - As needed, deliver unbranded or branded speaker programs in small or large group settings - Educate and champion utilization of JJIM Access and Fulfillment resources to drive optimal patient experience and care - Engage with target customers, including APP societies and advocacy organizations, in or outside of office settings, including conferences to uncover marketplace needs - Continuously and compliantly collaborate with field teams and home office marketing team to shape local execution, and APP-specific strategies and materials - Completion of all required field standards, including timely and accurate documentation of customer engagements, expense reporting, and required training Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications: Required: - Advanced degree as either Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) - 3+ years as a NP or PA actively engaged in Gastroenterology/Irritable Bowel Disease patient care. - Track record of building productive, collaborative relationships with individuals of varied educational background and performing different roles within an ecosystem. - Self-starter with proven ability to set, pursue, and achieve goals/results. - Superior communication skills (written and verbal) and excellent follow through. - Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including some weekend conferences. (This role is field-based with expectation to complete in-person engagements). - Reside in geography. Preferred: - NP or PA experience working in both institutional/academic setting and community office. - Strong knowledge as it relates to payer approval process, and solid business acumen. - Ability to translate customer feedback into potential solutions. - Strong organizational, problem solving and project management skills. - Success exhibiting peer leadership, mentorship and coaching. - Genuine interest and demonstrated competence in learning and adopting new technologies. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
