Associate Delivery Enablement Coordinator, CT&M The primary responsibilities of the CT&M Delivery Enablement Coordinator are to: provide day-to-day support of the Global/NAM Delivery Enablement team who train and develop Career Transition and Career Mobility team members (colleagues and freelancers/associates) by identifying the current and future tools and resources to deliver the highest quality of service to candidates and customers; and partner with Delivery Enablement Leaders and Product Management/Marketing to ensure LHH's delivery practices and skills remain relevant and aligned with LHH methodologies. This role provides essential coordination and administrative support to advance CT&M delivery services, ensuring alignment with the latest trends, technologies, and developments to maintain our leading position in the market. Reporting Relationships: - Reports to the Director of Delivery Enablement Direct Reports: - None Location: - U.S. Remote/Virtual Travel: - None Languages: - English Required In this role you can expect to Key Accountabilities - Coordinate and support the team activities that identify learning needs based on emerging trends in candidate behavior, ensuring timely documentation, scheduling, and tracking of deliverables for learning solutions (live, recorded, eLearning modules) using AI tools and resources. - Maintain and update learning content repositories and manage version control across digital platforms in collaboration with the LHH Product & Innovation team and Marketing teams. - Oversee administrative aspects of Professional Development programs, including global tracking and reporting for the Digital Credentials program, ensuring compliance with established processes and timelines. - Prepare and distribute reports, dashboards, and status updates for leadership and stakeholders on training initiatives, progress, and emerging needs. - Facilitate global collaboration with CT&M Ops Directors by organizing meetings, managing agendas, capturing action items, and ensuring follow-up on identified training requirements. All About You Preferred Qualifications: Education & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - 3+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, learning and development, or sales/delivery enablement roles. - Experience working in a global or cross-functional environment preferred. - Experience with credentialing programs or professional development initiatives. Technical Skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint). - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital learning, and project planning and tracking platforms. - Familiarity with digital content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Articulate, or similar). - Basic understanding of AI tools and eLearning technologies is a plus. - Ability to manage data reporting and dashboards using Excel or similar tools. Administrative & Organizational Skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. - Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping and documentation practices. - Experience in scheduling, meeting coordination, and managing agendas/action items. Communication & Collaboration - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders. - Skilled in preparing clear reports, summaries, and presentations for leadership. Project & Process Management - Ability to track progress on initiatives, maintain timelines, and ensure compliance with established processes.
