Job Requirements
- 7 años o más de experiencia en gestión de productos o propiedad de productos dentro de un entorno de software, comercio electrónico o plataforma enfocada
- Experiencia en A/B testing y experimentación multivariada para tomar decisiones basadas en datos
- Dominio en análisis e interpretación de datos, con experiencia en herramientas como Google Analytics, SQL o similares
- Confort al trabajar con Ingenieros en APIs, píxeles de seguimiento y esquemas de datos
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para traducir conceptos técnicos a partes interesadas no técnicas
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva con Ingeniería, Diseño, Marketing y Datos en equipos multifuncionales y de ritmo rápido
- Sólido entendimiento de APIs, arquitecturas orientadas a eventos, flujos de datos e integraciones de sistemas
- Mentalidad orientada al cliente y a resultados
- Experiencia en definir y gestionar hojas de ruta de productos y priorizar características en función del impacto en el negocio y el valor para el cliente
- Fuerte comprensión de principios y mejores prácticas de UX/UI
- Experiencia en procesos de desarrollo ágil/scrum.
- Preferido: experiencia directa optimizando embudos de comercio electrónico internacionales
- Antecedentes en crecimiento de productos impulsados por SEO o gestión de programas de referencia
- Experiencia apoyando plataformas de comercio electrónico internacionales o de múltiples marcas.
