About the Remote Licensed Therapist (1099 Contractor) role at Headspace: Headspace is currently seeking part-time, independently licensed contractor therapists to provide direct, virtual care as part of a multidisciplinary team. We are currently accepting applications from providers licensed in Nevada. Contractor therapists are asked to offer a minimum of 5 sessions/week, with the flexibility to offer additional sessions when needed. More is always welcome depending on your schedule. Please note that due to care demand and member scheduling fluctuations, it could take a number of weeks to achieve a consistent schedule. The pay rate ranges vary by state and currently starts at $80-$85 per session for the state of Nevada. Pay rates by state will be confirmed by recruiter during the interview process. Session length is 60 min for an intake and 45 min for a follow up appointment, with concurrent note-taking expected and included in the session rate. Session rates vary by individual and demand, and are determined based on a number of factors including location, licensure, experience, specializations and other relevant considerations. All Headspace therapists must be licensed and reside in the US. Reporting to the Clinical Coordinator, Virtual Clinic Services, this position works as part of an interprofessional team to provide online clinical services to youth and young adults with, and affected by, mental health and substance use concerns. Responsibilities include: - Assessing clients and determining referral needs. - Providing online individual counselling, group and family interventions, and education. - Liaising with community resources. - Formulating and implementing treatment plans. - Providing comprehensive case consultation and follow-up support on treatment decisions. - Participating in team and/or local committees, internal and external case conferences, and quality improvement activities. - Collaborating with other community service providers and related disciplines. - Providing input into the development, evaluation, and delivery of the Foundry Virtual Clinic Services.
