Pipedrive CRM Developer
The Hello Team
• Design and build custom pipelines, deal stages, and fields that align with our unique sales process. • Develop, test, and maintain custom integrations between Pipedrive and external tools using the Pipedrive API. • Create and manage advanced Workflow Automations to eliminate manual tasks, such as auto-assigning leads or triggering follow-up sequences. • Perform regular data audits, deduplication, and standardization to ensure high-quality reporting. • Build custom dashboards and advanced reports to provide actionable insights into team performance and revenue forecasting. • Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting system errors and managing production support tickets.
Job Requirements
- Proficient level of English (written and spoken).
- Experience working with Pipedrive CRM administration or development.
- Experience with API integrations and REST APIs.
- Experience with workflow automation and CRM customization.
- Ability to manage data migrations and data cleaning.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience integrating Pipedrive with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar automation tools.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, or similar scripting languages.
- Experience integrating CRMs with ERP systems, marketing platforms, or lead generation tools.
- Experience building sales dashboards and reporting systems.
- Experience supporting sales operations teams is a plus.
- Experience scaling CRM systems for growing companies is a plus.
- Out-of-the-box thinker, proactive, reliable, organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and confident approach.
- Positive attitude and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Ability to understand and follow established processes accurately with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in alignment with U.S. Eastern Time (New York time) business hours for at least four hours.
