• Participates in every aspect of the solution implementation from analyzing the customer’s business requirements to configuring and testing the Microsoft Dynamics application to satisfy the customer’s business processes. • Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current business processes, and identifying opportunities for improvements. • Provides in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application and evaluates the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality. • Responsible for following Argano Implementation methodology; understands the key activities and deliverables for the client engagement and internal projects, reuses all standard templates and project artifacts and improves quality of Argano documentation assets. • Fully utilizes Microsoft Technology and ALM stack (LCS, BPM, Azure DevOps, Task guides, PowerApps, Office 365, etc). • Provides ongoing input to the delivery practice through suggestions and implementations of practice improvements. • Document business processes including current and future states as required using tools such as Visio or similar. • Responsible for configuring the Microsoft Dynamics application to achieve the customer’s business requirements. • Conducts acceptance testing and training customer resources to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics application. • Plans and oversees the execution of the CRPs, Program Increments (PIs), and UATs in collaboration with the project manager and gathers early user feedback on the solution from key customer stakeholders. Validates that the solution will satisfy the customer’s requirements after a CRP or UAT. • Participates in providing structured support to Argano customers, including support portal monitoring when required, troubleshooting support requests, proactively managing and governance assigned support cases according to SLA. • Responsible for contributing valuable assets into Argano Knowledge base, Implementation methodology toolbox and in marketing activities including blogging and sharing knowledge articles.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years working primarily for or with a manufacturer of goods
- Experience in the medical devices industry is required, ideally supporting or implementing solutions for complex platforms - regulated medical device environments
- 5+ years’ experience in D365 implementations
- Strong understanding and knowledge of Production control module including:
- Production batch execution
- Bill of Material (BOM) and Formula management
- Production Operations Resources and Route management
- Master planning and Planning Optimization
- Proven ability to participate in multiple concurrent consulting engagements, providing guidance and input as required to ensure progress and achieve the project objectives.
- Proven ability to lead junior consultants and client SME teams
- General understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organization skills, with strong attention to detail
- Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to take ownership of tasks and activities
- Ability to ‘get things done’ across the breadth of the organization
- Experience working with a multicultural and/or multilingual team across several time zones
- Experience in Azure DevOps
- Experience writing Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
- Ability to travel up to 50%.

Role Description As a Customer Service Consultant for the Spanish & International markets, you will mainly focus on supporting Spanish and English-speaking European customers. You will be at the forefront of ensuring our client's long-term satisfaction and success. Your primary responsibility involves providing exceptional support, cultivating relationships, and driving growth within our diverse client base. Some of your key tasks as a Customer Service Consultant: - Investigate and resolve system issues collaboratively with the product department; - Deliver efficient and effective customer support via email and phone channels; - Build and nurture customer relationships to enhance retention and loyalty; - Offer creative solutions, handle objections, and de-escalate challenging client situations; - Encourage upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer lifetime value; - Address churn risks, cancellations, and payment-related queries; - Contribute to departmental process enhancements through feedback and project participation.
