• Works alongside the construction/general contractor, architectural and engineering firm, and the medical treatment facility. • Supervises assigned project staff and directs all IO activities to meet client objectives. • Coordinates with multiple vendors and oversees all subcontractor activities. • Provides professional customer interface and client relations. • Manages purchase order distribution and account for all monthly invoice requirements. • Develops a work plan, schedule and logistics required based on the overall project parameters and scope. • Facilitates client planning meetings and obtains necessary customer approvals.

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines. • Create detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and risk management strategies. • Track project progress, adjust timelines, and manage risks to ensure successful delivery. • Communicate project status, milestones, and issues to key stakeholders and leadership. • Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may impact project timelines or deliverables. • Coordinate resources and ensure project teams are aligned and equipped to meet project objectives. • Conduct post-project evaluations and provide recommendations for process improvements. • Manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and costs are controlled. • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, motivating team members and supporting their development.

• Support implementation of research portfolio management frameworks, documentation standards, reporting structures, and operational processes. • Coordinate and support project management activities for research portfolio management and research operations initiatives supporting ORD leadership. • Develop and maintain project plans, action trackers, timelines, milestones, and status reporting across multiple workstreams. • Facilitate meetings, track action items, support follow-ups, and coordinate communication among leadership, program offices, and field stakeholders. • Assist with development of standardized reporting and tracking mechanisms for research activities and portfolio analyses. • Support research portfolio review and analysis activities, including data organization, categorization, synthesis, and reporting. • Assist with development of SOPs, governance documentation, job aids, and process improvement initiatives. • Support change management and implementation activities associated with new policies, standards, and operational frameworks. • Prepare weekly status reports, executive summaries, presentations, and other leadership deliverables. • Identify risks, dependencies, operational gaps, and opportunities for process improvement. • Support workflow optimization and tracking activities using tools such as Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
