The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: - 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development - Architecture: Proven experience building and working within microservices architectures - Development Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices - Technical Skills and Tech Stack Knowledge: - Cloud Technologies: Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on a major cloud platform such as Azure, AWS, or GCP - Other skillsets: Experience in Kafka, Event driven architecture, Junit using Mockito framework, API testing - Cloud Native & DevOps Tools: Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes preferred), CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI), and infrastructure-as-code principles - Databases & APIs: Solid experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
