Job Description

Integration and Automation Engineer

Cloudera

• Monitor and solve any production support RPA issues. • Update RPA code to fix bugs or adjust code to process changes. • Restart bots for schedule failures, track any platform issues with the vendor • Maintenance of RPA environment: Virtual Machines refresh, upgrade tests in AA Sandbox environment, code enhancements with latest package versions • Track RPA Jiras for new requests and issues, prioritize and solve open tickets • For new automation ideas, gather business requirements on use cases and translate them into functional and technical specifications • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Automation Anywhere A360 or alternative tool to streamline processes and maximize efficiency, incorporating Agentic Automation and AI/ML capabilities where applicable • Existing automations code enhancements: transformation of existing rule-based bots to incorporate AI-powered decision-making and intelligence • Collaborate with on development best practices and code review • Manage end to end SDLC encompassing process analysis, design, development, system test, UAT and implementation and post production bug fixes embracing an AI first, everything as code methodology.

Job Requirements

  • Development Experience with RPA tool, preferably Automation Anywhere A360
  • Familiar with User Interface, API and scripting automations techniques
  • Bachelor/master’s in computer science or Associate Degree
  • Experience developing automations with ERP/CRM applications such as NetSuite, Oracle and SalesForce is a plus
  • At least 2 to 4 years of professional experience in programming (including scripting /coding), SQL, HTML, Python and familiarity with web service interaction (REST/SOAP)
  • Experienced in Agentic Automation-driven development and integrating AI/ML models or cognitive services into automation workflows
  • Demonstrated experience in transforming traditional rule-based automations into more intelligent, AI-powered solutions
  • Should have excellent communication skills in both written & verbal English and should have worked in a global/multicultural environment
