Martin Management Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. The Human Resources Administrator will support all HR functions, ensuring smooth operation and compliance with company policies and employment laws. Responsibilities: May Include, but not limited to: - Administer benefits programs including open enrollment processes. - Manage the training platform and coordinate employee training initiatives. - Handle workers’ compensation claims and unemployment claims. - Process leave of absence requests and manage STD and LTD claims. - Administer COBRA notifications and compliance. - Prepare required reports such as EEO-1 and OSHA 3000. - Support new employee setup and address employee inquiries regarding 401k and wellness programs. - Coordinate employee wellness and rewards programs. - Conduct ACA end-of-year reviews and audits of employment files for compliance. - Assist with all other HR administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in HR administration is advantageous.
- Familiarity with United States HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Title: LIMS SME Overview We are seeking an experienced LIMS Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a global assessment initiative for a major life sciences client. This role will focus on evaluating current laboratory systems, identifying operational gaps, and recommending the optimal Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) solution to standardize lab operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise in multiple LIMS platforms, a strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, and a proven track record in consulting engagements. Key Responsibilities - Lead the functional assessment of existing LIMS platforms across global lab operations. - Evaluate multiple LIMS solutions such as LabWare, LabVantage, and STARLIMS, providing objective recommendations based on client needs. - Collaborate with client stakeholders and the consulting partner Gartner to assess current systems and define the future-state LIMS strategy. - Identify and document system gaps in compliance, data integrity, and workflow efficiency. - Support the development of a roadmap for LIMS standardization across 17 initial labs, with scalability to over 350 global labs. - Provide expert insight into regulatory compliance and best practices for lab systems in pharmaceutical manufacturing. - Prepare and present findings and recommendations to executive and technical leadership teams.
