About the Role Join our team as a Client Support Administrator assisting clients by coordinating vacation planning details and maintaining structured itinerary systems in a remote environment. In this role you will support individuals and families as they prepare for upcoming vacations by organizing reservations, maintaining planning documentation, and ensuring itinerary information remains clear and easy to follow. Vacation planning often includes coordinating accommodations, transportation arrangements, and scheduled activities that must remain aligned within a structured timeline. Your role will focus on organizing these planning elements and maintaining systems that help ensure travel details remain accurate and accessible. You will assist with gathering planning updates, maintaining documentation, and tracking itinerary timelines to ensure that vacation plans remain organized from the beginning of the planning process through final confirmations. Monitoring reservation updates and following up on outstanding details helps ensure travel plans remain complete. Clear communication and dependable follow-through are important in this role. You will help ensure that itinerary details remain structured and updated so clients feel confident about their travel plans.
