Role Description As a Lead Licensing Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Polish and international nuclear safety regulations related to accident analysis and licensing for GEH reactors in Poland. You will interact with the National Atomic Energy Agency (Państwowa Agencja Atomistyki, PAA), customers, and industry stakeholders to support licensing applications, regulatory reviews, and the development of safety cases for nuclear power plants. Qualifications - Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related nuclear science/engineering discipline. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in nuclear regulatory affairs, nuclear licensing, or related nuclear compliance activities. - Option 2: Master's degree in Nuclear Engineering, or a closely related nuclear science/engineering discipline. - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in nuclear regulatory affairs, nuclear licensing, or related nuclear compliance activities (industry, research, or internship experience acceptable). - Option 3: Doctoral (PhD) degree in Nuclear Engineering, Reactor Physics, Nuclear Safety analyses or a closely related nuclear field. - Experience in nuclear regulatory affairs or licensing (industry, research, or internship experience acceptable). • Serve as the primary workflow owner for assigned clients, including pilots and live accounts. • Effectively communicate data requirements, timelines, and expected outcomes with the team and clients. • Ingest, clean, and process client-submitted data (e.g., spreadsheets, claims, encounter notes, lab results). • Pull, transform, and validate datasets using Python, SQL, and related tools. • Develop scripts and lightweight tools to automate recurring data preparation and delivery workflows. • Partner with Engineering to troubleshoot ingestion pipelines, QA outputs, and improve automation. • Ensure all deliverables meet internal standards for accuracy, compliance, and HIPAA security. • Package and deliver client results, working with clinical SMEs to add interpretive context. • Track and report client health metrics to support renewals and continuous improvement. • Help refine and improve internal delivery playbooks, templates, and documentation as the team scales.
