• Design, deployment, and operational support of enterprise-grade secrets management platforms—primarily Akeyless and HashiCorp Vault—across multi-cloud environments • Serve as the SME for secrets management platforms such as Akeyless and HashiCorp Vault • Lead the integration of secrets management solutions with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes (AKS, GKE), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) • Automate the onboarding and rotation of secrets for applications and machine identities • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and application teams to drive adoption and ensure secure implementation • Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools for secrets lifecycle management • Support the migration of non-person accounts from PAM tools to secrets management platforms • Monitor and remediate risks related to unmanaged credentials and privileged access • Contribute to the development of onboarding guides, SDK integrations, and operational runbooks

• Own the incident lifecycle: detection, triage, escalation, resolution, and postmortems • Act as the central command during major incidents (war rooms, stakeholder updates) • Define and enforce SLAs/SLOs, incident severity frameworks, and runbooks • Collaborate with Engineering, ML, and Integrations teams to resolve issues quickly • Monitor system health across integrations (agent desks, LLMs, ASR/TTS pipelines) • Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive actions • Improve observability, alerting, and incident tooling • Maintain clear internal and customer-facing communication during incidents

Role Description As a Lead Licensing Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Polish and international nuclear safety regulations related to accident analysis and licensing for GEH reactors in Poland. You will interact with the National Atomic Energy Agency (Państwowa Agencja Atomistyki, PAA), customers, and industry stakeholders to support licensing applications, regulatory reviews, and the development of safety cases for nuclear power plants. Qualifications - Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related nuclear science/engineering discipline. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in nuclear regulatory affairs, nuclear licensing, or related nuclear compliance activities. - Option 2: Master's degree in Nuclear Engineering, or a closely related nuclear science/engineering discipline. - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in nuclear regulatory affairs, nuclear licensing, or related nuclear compliance activities (industry, research, or internship experience acceptable). - Option 3: Doctoral (PhD) degree in Nuclear Engineering, Reactor Physics, Nuclear Safety analyses or a closely related nuclear field. - Experience in nuclear regulatory affairs or licensing (industry, research, or internship experience acceptable). Requirements - Legal authorization to work in Poland or willingness to relocate.
