Configuration Specialist (SMB) Location: Remote We are looking for a Configuration Specialist to serve as a key internal delivery function within our Professional Services & Onboarding organization. This role is responsible for executing accurate, timely, and standardized system configuration activities that support customer onboarding and implementation engagements. The Configuration Specialist partners closely with Onboarding Consultants, Solution Consultants, Project Managers, and delivery leadership to ensure configuration work is completed to defined requirements, quality standards, and delivery timelines—enabling customer-facing teams to deliver exceptional experiences at scale. Job Description: The Criminology Department is seeking a highly qualified candidate for an adjunct faculty position for the online Bachelor of Arts Criminology program. This position requires subject matter expertise in the field of criminology. This position requires subject matter expertise in the foundational areas of criminology to facilitate real-world connections between academic theory and the justice system. The program centers on next-generation leadership and the study of human behavior within the justice system, with a focus on community safety and the experiences of justice-involved individuals. Online courses are taught through the Canvas learning management system. Prior to teaching, all new adjunct faculty members will participate in a seven-week Teaching Online Pedagogy and Standards (TOPS) course covering best practices in online education. Principal Duties: · The candidate will teach one or more core courses within the criminology field, including Law & Society, Juvenile Delinquency, Corrections, Criminological Theories, and the Criminology Capstone. · The instructor is required to host one or more topical live class sessions during the course term. · There are a total of six terms per academic year, each lasting eight weeks.
