Job Description

Senior Operations Manager

Trivium

Role Description We are looking for a highly detailed, execution-focused Operations Manager to join Trivium Group. This is not a "sit back and delegate" role; we need a "system architect" who is impatient with inefficiency and thrives on mapping out delivery pipelines. The Mission: - Map our service delivery pipelines. - Build out the documentation (SOPs) that currently lives in our heads. - Lead the team to hit deadlines with surgical precision. Responsibilities - Project & Delivery Oversight: Ensure all client deliverables are completed efficiently and on schedule. - Process Mapping: Designing and optimizing service delivery pipelines and internal workflows. - Documentation: Keeping a record of every process and document and making sure they stay updated. - Team Leadership: Managing task flows for the Ads, Automation/CRM, and Dev teams, ensuring they have what they need to execute, and ensuring client deliveries are met on time. - Reporting: Providing organizational health reports and performance updates to the COO. - Communication: Managing occasional client emails and internal updates (you are the bridge, but you won't be stuck in meetings all day). - System Design: Identifying opportunities for automation and better workflow integration between our marketing and fulfillment arms. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Operations or Project Management, preferably within a Marketing Agency or fast-paced digital environment. - A "high-drive" personality who is detail-oriented, a bit impatient with delays, and obsessed with "getting it done." - Marketing Fluency: You don't need to run ads yourself, but you must "speak the language" of digital marketing and customer acquisition. - System Architect Skills: Experience with Make, Zapier, N8N, and GoHighLevel is highly desirable to keep our tech stack talking. - Bias for Action: You are a "hands-on" planner who builds the plane while helping us fly it. - Independence: A high level of autonomy and the ability to prioritize a complex task list without hand-holding. Benefits - Competitive salary - Remote work year-round - 25 PTOs per year - 9 National Holidays - Professional development - Continuous growth Company Description This will be a remotely administered FULL TIME [40 hr/week] position with an immediate starting date upon hire. Working hours: 9am - 2pm EST are mandatory, over 3 hours are flexible. You will need to be able to accommodate different schedules and time zones. You will need a quiet workspace with fast internet, a webcam, and a microphone for video calls. This role is compensated on pure experience, and you will receive considerable levels of autonomy and ownership over your projects.
