We’re looking for a senior, hands-on Azure DevOps specialist who has designed and built enterprise-scale DevOps platforms—not just single-team setups. This role offers real impact: shaping architecture, security, and migration strategies for large organizations. Your role You will design and build a secure, scalable Azure DevOps platform for enterprise customers, with a strong focus on multi-tenancy, automation, and security-by-design. You’ll define migration approaches, standardize CI/CD patterns, and validate solutions through pilot implementations. What you’ll do - Design enterprise ADO architecture (orgs, projects, governance, security) - Build and standardize CI/CD (YAML templates, golden pipelines, onboarding packages) - Embed security-by-design (SAST, SCA, secret scanning, DAST, policy gates) - Automate provisioning and onboarding (projects, repos, pipelines, permissions) - Define and execute ADO migration strategies (pilot → rollout → cutover) - Collaborate with engineering, security, compliance, and infrastructure teams What we’re looking for - Expert-level Azure DevOps knowledge (YAML pipelines, repos, artifacts, agent pools, governance) - Proven experience designing enterprise and multi-tenant platforms - Strong security & compliance by design mindset - Hands-on experience with ADO migrations and pilot deliveries - Strong automation / IaC approach - Ability to document and enable teams This role is ideal for someone who wants to build DevOps platforms at enterprise scale, influence SDLC security standards, and work close to architecture—not just maintain pipelines. What’s in it for you? - Courses and certifications (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, ITIL) - Wellbeing programs & work-life balance - integration and passion-sharing events - Private medical and dental care - Family-friendly offices: Supporting working parents - Benefits platform – shopping, cinema, sport, etc. - Co-funding of sport activities (e.g., Multisport & OK system cards, b-active program) - Conferences and expert communities - Gift packages for special occasions: Easter, Christmas, Children’s Day - Appreciation for seniority: additional days off, Atos Jubilee gifts - Charity and eco initiatives Your benefits could vary depending on the employment contract type. Boost your career! What happens next? - Quick conversation with HR - Interview with a Manager/IT expert/project representative - Interview with the client #Li-remote #Eviden Here at Atos, diversity and inclusion are embedded in our DNA.
