Role Description Act as a force multiplier to the CEO. Your role is to remove bottlenecks, accelerate execution, and ensure key priorities move forward consistently—without the need for constant oversight. You will take end-to-end ownership of lead generation, outreach, research, and operational execution, driving impact across multiple areas of the business. What You’ll Do - Executive Support & Operations - Manage calendar, inbox, priorities, and follow-ups independently with minimal supervision - Ensure seamless communication with no missed deadlines or unresolved issues - Proactively identify needs and address problems before they arise - Lead Generation & Outreach - Develop targeted lead lists utilizing tools such as Apollo, RocketReach, Hunter.io, and LinkedIn - Validate and cleanse data using ZeroBounce or comparable tools - Initiate and manage outbound campaigns through Lemlist or similar platforms - Monitor performance metrics and continually optimize campaign outcomes - Marketing & Campaign Execution - Handle email campaigns from start to finish—including list building, copywriting, sequencing, and reporting - Compose or enhance messaging that encourages responses rather than just sending emails - Maintain CRM data cleanliness and ensure accuracy at all times - Research & Strategic Support - Prepare briefs, research presentations, and partnership dossiers efficiently and accurately - Collect insights from various platforms and integrate them into actionable recommendations - Coordination & Execution - Collaborate with vendors, legal teams, and internal departments to advance tasks - Manage contract preparation, follow-ups, and ensure timely completion - Oversee logistics for podcasts and events, including guest sourcing, outreach, scheduling, and setup What Success Looks Like (Non-Negotiables) - You work autonomously and present solutions—not just questions - You deliver measurable outcomes daily, not just activity updates - You respond to all communications within the same day - You keep systems, trackers, and CRM updated in real time - You identify risks early and resolve them before escalation Qualifications - At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in Operations/Marketing Support - Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo, RocketReach, Hunter.io, LinkedIn, ZeroBounce, Lemlist, or similar - Strong knowledge of outbound marketing, lead generation, and CRM management - Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Proficiency in Google Workspace, Notion, Zoom, and Canva - Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and output quality - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Nice to Have - Experience supporting U.S.-based executives - Background in SaaS, telecommunications, or restaurant technology - Proven track record managing outbound campaigns with measurable results Compensation & Benefits - Attractive salary in USD, competitive within the LATAM market - Incentives based on performance outcomes rather than activities - Paid vacation and recognition of local holidays - Opportunities for career advancement within a rapidly growing company Work Schedule - Full-time position (8 hours per day) - Required to have work hours overlapping with U.S. Central Time (Dallas) - Shift may be evening or night, depending on your location How We Evaluate Candidates We focus on results rather than experience.
