Role Description We are looking for a motivated Remote Sales to support our client’s revenue growth and customer experience operations. In this role, you will be responsible for: - Converting inbound inquiries into booked appointments - Performing outbound follow-ups - Promoting recurring service programs - Cold calling - Participating in virtual meetings with clients demonstrating the company's products - Maintaining strong customer relationships Your main goal will be to convert leads into booked revenue while maintaining an organized sales pipeline and excellent customer experience. If you enjoy sales conversations, customer interaction, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute and grow within a U.S. franchise business. Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or customer service roles handling customer inquiries and sales opportunities. - At least 2 years of experience handling both inbound customer calls and outbound follow-up calls in a professional environment. - Experience converting customer inquiries or leads into appointments, bookings, or sales while confidently handling objections. - Minimum 2 years of experience using a CRM system to track leads, update pipeline stages, and manage customer interactions. - Experience recommending additional services, upselling products, or promoting recurring service programs or memberships. Requirements - Respond promptly to inbound calls and web inquiries - Qualify potential customers and clearly explain available services - Convert inquiries into scheduled estimates or service appointments - Perform outbound calls to new leads and unsold estimates - Re-engage past customers for seasonal services - Follow structured scripts and sales workflows - Promote recurring service programs and maintenance plans - Track renewal opportunities and follow up with customers - Support upselling initiatives to increase revenue per customer - Maintain organized client records in the CRM system - Update lead statuses and pipeline stages consistently - Track sales activity and pipeline movement - Address customer questions and concerns professionally - Coordinate service follow-ups with customers - Maintain a high standard of customer experience Benefits - Fully remote position working with a U.S.-based franchise operation. - Candidates must be available during U.S. business hours and maintain a professional remote work environment. - Starting salary of $1,250 – $1,500 USD per month. - Performance incentives may be available based on sales performance, lead conversion, and contribution to revenue growth.
