Job Description
LinkedIn Growth Architect & Content Operator
CrewBloom
Role Description We aren't looking for a "Social Media Manager" to check boxes and schedule posts. We are looking for a Growth Architect to turn our LinkedIn presence into a high-octane engine for revenue and influence. Your mission is to provide maximum founder leverage. By taking raw, high-level concepts from our leadership and translating them into a dominant market narrative, you allow the founders to focus on vision while you own the execution of our digital authority. You are the bridge between strategy and viral breakthrough, responsible for engineering our brand’s presence so that we aren't just "in" the conversation—we are driving it. What You’ll Be Responsible For (Outcomes) - Founder Leverage & Brand Authority: Act as an "editorial ghostwriter" and director. You will extract insights from leadership and transform them into a high-frequency posting schedule, increasing executive visibility by 300% without increasing their workload. - Viral Engineering & Algorithm Mastery: Own the "Dwell Time" and "Golden Hour" metrics. You will optimize every asset—from PDF carousels to video—to trigger organic reach and ensure our content hits the feeds of our most valuable prospects. - Operational Orchestration: You aren't just a creator; you are a project lead. You will coordinate with the wider team to ensure all collateral (newsletters, articles, images) follows a cohesive, viral-ready narrative. - Video Performance & Production: Own the end-to-end video pipeline. Whether directing the founders or taking the lead yourself, you will produce high-retention "Lo-Fi" clips and polished "Hi-Fi" assets that stop the scroll. - The 90-Day Breakthrough: Within your first 3 months, you will design and execute a content series that achieves a "viral hit" (a 5x spike over baseline reach) and a measurable increase in high-intent inbound leads. Qualifications - Proven Platform Growth: You have a documented track record of scaling a personal or brand profile specifically on LinkedIn (not just generic social media). - Short-Form Mastery: You have a portfolio of high-engagement video content (Shorts/Reels style) adapted specifically for a professional, B2B audience. - End-to-End Execution: You are a "full-stack" creator. You can write the hook, direct the shoot, edit the video (captions, pacing, visuals), and design the thumbnail without needing a middleman. - Strategic "Social Selling": You understand that likes are a vanity metric if they don't lead to authority. You’ve used content to build trust and shorten sales cycles. Requirements - A High-Agency Operator: You don’t wait for a content calendar. You spot trends, identify gaps in our strategy, and execute experiments before being asked. - A Professional Storyteller: You can take complex, "corporate blue" topics and make them human, visceral, and shareable. - Data-Informed & Agile: You treat the LinkedIn algorithm like a puzzle. You analyze performance data weekly and pivot your strategy based on what the numbers (and the comments) are telling you. - Low Friction, High Impact: You know how to get the best out of leadership in a 15-minute "brain dump" session and turn it into a week’s worth of high-performing content. What Success Looks Like - 30 Days: Complete a full audit of our current presence and launch the first "90-Day Challenge" content series. - 60 Days: Establish a seamless "Founder-to-Content" pipeline that requires less than 2 hours of executive time per week. - 90 Days: Achieve a viral breakthrough post and a 50% increase in organic inbound inquiries or profile visits. Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements - Internet Connection: - Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps. - Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps. - Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage. - Primary Device: - Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: - Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor. - A minimum of 8 GB RAM. - Backup Device: - Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor. - Must be functional during power interruptions. - Peripherals and Workspace: - A functioning webcam. - A noise-canceling USB headset. - A quiet, dedicated home office space. - A smartphone for communication and verification purposes. Benefits - Join Our Dynamic Team: Experience our fun, inclusive, innovative culture that values your unique contributions and supports your professional growth. - Embrace the Opportunities: Seize daily chances to learn, innovate, and excel. Make a real impact in your field. - Limitless Career Growth: Unlock a world of possibilities and resources to propel your career forward. - Fast-Paced Thrills: Thrive in a high-energy, engaging atmosphere. Embrace challenges and reap stimulating rewards. - Flexibility, Your Way: Embrace the freedom to work from home or any location of your choice. Create your ideal work environment. - Work-Life Balance at Its Best: Say goodbye to stressful commutes and hello to quality time with loved ones. Achieve a healthy work-life integration to perform at your best.
