Job Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft mit IT-Schwerpunkt) oder eine IT-nahe Ausbildung – alternativ eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit ausgeprägter Affinität zu Softwareprodukten
- Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder Applikationsumfeld erforderlich
- Erfahrung mit Web- und Portallösungen sowie ein gutes technisches Verständnis für digitale Anwendungen
- Kenntnisse in JSON und XML sowie idealerweise Erfahrung in der Analyse von Log-Dateien und einfachen SQL-Select-Abfragen
- Praxis im direkten Kundenkontakt, idealerweise im Bankenumfeld oder in einem regulierten Umfeld
- Technische Neugier, z. B. im Umgang mit Low-Code-Plattformen, sowie eine strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Proaktive, teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Serviceorientierung und sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen.
