This role exists at the intersection of program execution, supply chain strategy, and government contracting, ensuring suppliers meet the cost, schedule, quality, and compliance expectations required in a highly regulated aerospace and defense environment. You will contribute from early capture and proposal development through production and sustainment, serving as a trusted partner to Program Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams. In this position, you will take ownership of complex, high‑value subcontracts and lead activities such as acquisition planning, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and performance oversight. You’ll manage subcontract execution using FAR/DFARS and earned value principles, drive risk mitigation, and maintain strong relationships with supplier leadership and internal stakeholders. The role offers the opportunity to influence program outcomes through sound judgment, disciplined subcontract management, and close collaboration across functions. This is an individual contributor position with visibility to senior leadership and meaningful impact on programs with significant subcontract content.
