What you’ll do - Drive initiatives to ensure and continuously improve quality across projects - Plan and execute quality gates and project audits - Track and follow up on quality-related actions and improvements - Contribute to quality reporting and governance forums, including project steering committees - Collaborate closely with risk management to proactively address challenges - Review project status regularly and communicate insights to stakeholders and leadership - Support internal and external audits (e.g. ISO, CMMI) - Capture lessons learned and contribute to improving processes, tools, and customer satisfaction What you bring - A degree and experience in a multinational environment - Background in quality management, project management, or service management - Confident communication skills in German and English - Proven leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority - Strong critical thinking and a structured way of working - Ability to work independently and take ownership - A resilient, solution-oriented mindset with a drive to find the way forward What we value most We know that great candidates don’t always tick every single box.
