We are looking for a Senior Commercial Creative to establish and a dedicated commercial design capability within our Brand team — focused entirely on external, revenue‑driving output. This role exists to translate commercial strategy into high‑impact, persuasive sales and marketing assets that support growth, new business and scalable Go‑To‑Market execution. Working in close partnership with Sales Enablement, Marketing and Product, you’ll ensure every commercial interaction reflects a confident, differentiated and premium Insights brand — and delivers measurable commercial impact. If you are a commercially literate designer who thrives at the intersection of brand, storytelling and revenue, this role offers real ownership and influence. Job Description As Senior Commercial Creative, you will act as the creative bridge between brand expression and revenue performance. Your mission is to design and deliver strategically aligned, visually compelling commercial assets that enable Insights to win new business, accelerate pipeline and strengthen ongoing revenue performance. From pitch decks and sales playbooks to case studies and launch materials, you’ll bring structure, narrative discipline and commercial sharpness to every sales touchpoint. Reporting into the Brand Strategy & Creative Lead, and partnering closely with the Sales Enablement Lead, you will bring cohesion, confidence and consistency to all revenue‑facing materials globally. To succeed in this role, you will: - Translate complex commercial strategy, product detail and data into clear, persuasive, enterprise‑ready narratives. - Design and deliver premium sales and marketing assets including pitch decks, one‑pagers, playbooks, case studies and launch materials. - Champion and expertly apply Insights’ evolving verbal and visual brand identity across all commercial content. - Partner closely with Sales Enablement to support Go‑To‑Market readiness, product launches and sales effectiveness. - Strengthen value propositions, proof points and competitive differentiation through disciplined storytelling and design. - Introduce modular, scalable content frameworks that drive global consistency. - Elevate high‑stakes executive communications, keynotes and strategic events. - Own commercial asset governance, including quality control, versioning and continuous optimisation informed by sales feedback and performance insight. - Operate autonomously across multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, commercial environment. - Leverage e‑learning platforms and emerging AI tools to improve efficiency, innovation and impact. Qualifications You’re a senior, commercially focused creative who brings: - Proven experience designing premium, external‑facing sales and commercial assets in complex B2B environments. - A strong track record of turning strategy, data and product complexity into compelling sales narratives. - Evidence of commercial impact or revenue influence through your work (e.g. pitches, propositions, sales enablement). - Deep understanding of brand‑led design, message hierarchy and positioning — not just visual execution. - Confidence operating cross‑functionally with Sales, Brand, Marketing and Product in a matrix environment. - Strong stakeholder presence, with experience working directly with senior commercial leaders. - Exceptional organisation and autonomy, balancing brand integrity with commercial urgency. - Technical proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Microsoft PowerPoint, with curiosity around e‑learning platforms and AI‑enabled tools. This is a specialist role, well‑suited to experienced designers seeking greater commercial ownership and strategic influence, rather than a generalist or development‑first position. Additional Information Why join Insights? - Play a visible, strategic role in shaping how Insights drives growth globally. - Own and elevate the quality of revenue‑facing design across the business. - Work with senior commercial stakeholders on high‑impact initiatives. - Be part of a values‑focussed organisation with a globally respected brand in learning and development.
