Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced insurance professional to join the Channel Performance Management Team in the role of LM.com, Partnerships, and Platform Channel Consultant for the Personal Lines Auto Product. Channel Performance Management is a newly formed team within Underwriting Effectiveness, dedicated to incorporating a channel specific lens into our underwriting strategy and creating alignment and synergy between underwriting and distribution channels to drive profitable growth. As the LM.com, Partnerships, and Platform Channel Consultant, you will be the liaison to the channel, representing UW and channel perspectives at various levels and working cross functionally to identify opportunities and implement solutions to achieve desired business outcomes across channels and states. - Serve as the point person to the LM.com, Partnerships, and Platforms channel, develop and manage the relationship with key channel stakeholders, and be the voice of UW in channel discussions and decisions. - Develop a deep understanding of channel economics, nuances, needs, and priorities and how UW plays a role in driving forward channel goals and strategies. - Facilitate and drive speed-to-market implementation of solutions, clearly communicating the business value of proposals and ensuring goal alignment between multiple stakeholders. - Work across UW and other functions to develop and deploy solutions that achieve desired business and channel outcomes.
