• We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Junior Project Manager to coordinate translation and localisation projects with Lionbridge, Crawford and other approved suppliers. • This coordination-focused role will support operational excellence across multiple markets by ensuring translation requests are complete and correctly briefed, tracking progress, managing supplier communication, and maintaining accurate documentation. • The role requires strong attention to process, clear communication, and a proactive approach to issue resolution. • Receive and review translation briefs from internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity and completeness. • Verify all required source files, reference materials and context are provided before submission to suppliers. • Submit projects to Lionbridge, Crawford and other suppliers with accurate instructions, timelines and delivery expectations. • Track all translation jobs using internal project trackers and maintain up-to-date status records. • Monitor supplier turnaround times and follow up proactively to keep projects on schedule. • Ensure delivered translations meet format, scope and timeline requirements. • Escalate risks, delays or quality concerns to the Project Lead promptly. • Support quality checks to confirm that delivered files align with the original scope and stakeholder requirements. • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for internal teams and external translation suppliers. • Communicate project scope, timelines, requirements and revisions clearly and consistently. • Coordinate amendment rounds and ensure feedback is consolidated and communicated accurately to suppliers. • Maintain organised documentation of communication, approvals and project changes. • Help align expectations between internal project teams and localisation partners to ensure smooth execution. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date trackers for all Lionbridge and Crawford projects (scope, word count, languages, timelines, costs). • Record essential project details such as scope, word count, languages, timelines, and costs. • Support invoicing accuracy by validating that completed work matches the agreed scope. • Manage shared folder structures and uphold consistent version control practices. • Contribute to reporting on project volume, turnaround times and supplier performance when required. • Ensure translation workflows are executed in accordance with agreed client and OLIVER processes. • Assist in maintaining SOP documentation for localisation workflows. • Support the onboarding of new team members by training them on translation processes and tools. • Identify workflow gaps or inefficiencies and provide improvement recommendations to the Project Lead.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in project coordination, account coordination, operations support, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with external vendors or suppliers is preferred.
  • Familiarity with translation/localisation workflows is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to support and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (trackers, basic formulas, status reporting).
  • Strong organisational, documentation, and recordkeeping skills.
  • Confident in managing shared folders and maintaining version control.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Planner, or Microsoft Teams is beneficial.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented, organised, and process-driven.
  • Demonstrates strong follow-through and consistently meets deadlines.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally in writing.
  • Maintains composure during high-pressure situations and prioritises tasks effectively.
  • Proactively identifies risks and drives timely issue resolution.
  • Collaborative team player who works effectively across departments and embraces change with enthusiasm, thoughtfulness, and a commitment to personal and team development.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with an agile mindset, strong multitasking skills, and a continuous desire to grow within project management.
  • Experience working in a marketing, agency, or regulated corporate environment.
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies.
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical.
