Key Responsibilities: System Administration: Configure Jira schemes (projects, workflows, fields, screens, permissions) and perform routine maintenance. Customization & Automation: Develop scripts (e.g., Groovy) for automating tasks and enhancing functionality. Troubleshooting & Support: Monitor system performance, resolve user issues, and manage integrations with tools like Confluence or Bitbucket. Training & Best Practices: Provide support, conduct workshops, and document procedures for users. Upgrades & Security: Patch systems, perform migrations, and ensure data security.
