• client communications • plan consulting/administration • annual valuation reports • Forms 5500, ADP/ACP testing, and compliance under Sections 401(a)(4), 410(b), 415 • experience with trust accounting and asset reconciliation
Job Requirements
- at least two years of experience in administration, testing, and reporting for defined contribution plans
- experience with New Comparability-type plan designs is a plus
- experience converting plan assets between providers is desirable
- strong accounting skills
- ASPPA and/or CEBS designations are a plus
- ASC record-keeping software experience will be considered a strong plus
- strong planning and organizational skills
- ability to adapt to changing priorities
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong customer service orientation and communication skills
