Role Description - Piloter la définition et la mise en œuvre de l’action communale en direction des publics âgés ou porteurs de handicap, en cohérence avec les orientations municipales. - Assurer la gestion et l’organisation des services ainsi que les deux équipements publics (Maison des séniors et résidence autonomie). - Contribuer à la préparation, la gestion et le suivi du budget du pôle. - Manager une équipe pluridisciplinaire. - Développer et animer les partenariats institutionnels et associatifs. - Contribuer à l’analyse des besoins sociaux et à la définition des priorités stratégiques portées par la Direction des Solidarités. Qualifications - Formation supérieure dans l’un des domaines suivants : politiques sociales, action sociale, santé publique, gérontologie et handicap. - Expérience confirmée attendue dans le pilotage de politiques d’autonomie ou dans le secteur médico-social, idéalement au sein d’une collectivité territoriale, d’un établissement public ou d’une structure sociale. - Bonne connaissance des enjeux liés au vieillissement de la population, à la perte d’autonomie et aux politiques de prévention. - Pilotage stratégique et management d’équipes pluridisciplinaires. - Maîtrise des dispositifs liés à l’autonomie et au handicap. - Conduite de projets et approche par parcours usagers. - Capacité d’analyse territoriale et de veille sociale. - Aisance partenariale et institutionnelle. - Vision stratégique et sens de l’intérêt général. - Capacité de leadership et aptitude à fédérer les équipes autour d’un projet commun. - Sens du dialogue et qualités relationnelles. - Forte sensibilité aux enjeux humains, sociaux et de santé mentale. - Rigueur, autonomie et sens de l’organisation. - Capacité d’initiative et d’innovation dans les politiques sociales.
