Content Migration Specialist

Role Description We are seeking a Content Migration Specialist to lead and support large-scale content migration efforts into a modern CMS environment. This role is critical in ensuring content is accurately migrated, well-structured, user-friendly, and optimized for search performance. - Migrate large volumes of content into the CMS while maintaining structure and integrity - Ensure SEO performance is preserved during and after migration - Restructure and optimize content for improved usability and user experience - Validate data accuracy, completeness, and formatting - Collaborate with UX, development, and content teams to ensure alignment - Identify and resolve content inconsistencies or migration issues Qualifications - Proven experience with large-scale content migration projects - Hands-on experience working with CMS platforms (preferably Drupal) - Strong understanding of content structure, taxonomy, and data organization Requirements - Experience migrating thousands of pages (5,000+ preferred) - Strong knowledge of SEO best practices during migrations (redirects, metadata, URL structure) - Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) - Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., government, healthcare, finance) - Experience with migration tools, scripts, or automation techniques Company Description
