About the role We are looking for a Procurement Specialist with 2–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management, ideally within technology-related categories such as SaaS, software licensing, or IT services. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Procurement Lead. The position focuses on implementing defined procurement plans, managing supplier engagements, and ensuring cost-effective and compliant purchasing processes. The role does not include people management or ownership of procurement strategy. Profile & Experience You have hands-on experience running competitive sourcing processes and negotiating commercial terms, and you are comfortable working with contract structures, subscription-based models, and cost analysis frameworks. You bring strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and you communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders, aligning different perspectives toward practical commercial outcomes. You have a strong commercial mindset, are decisive and solution-oriented, and maintain an approachable and collaborative working style. You are comfortable operating in a dynamic environment, adaptable to evolving priorities, and experienced with digital procurement systems. An openness to leveraging AI tools for productivity and analysis is also important.

  • Procurement Lifecycle Execution
  • Execute end-to-end procurement cycle for software, SaaS, and technology services.
  • Manage RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes.
  • Coordinate vendor evaluations and support supplier selection.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and governance standards.
  • Commercial & Contract Management
  • Conduct negotiations within defined approval frameworks.
  • Support contract drafting, renewals, and amendments with Legal and Finance.
  • Maintain contract repository, renewal trackers, and supplier documentation.
  • Monitor license consumption and subscription usage.
  • Perform spend analysis and total cost of ownership (TCO) assessments
