Cloud DevOps Engineer

No hacemos simples bots automatizados. https://youtu.be/PtoAX02XuO8 Sobre el rol Buscamos a la persona que va a ser dueña de nuestra infraestructura cloud en Kleva, construyéndola y escalándola desde adentro. No es un rol de operaciones reactivo, es alguien que piensa en infraestructura como producto: que diseña sistemas resilientes, automatiza todo lo que se pueda automatizar, y garantiza que nuestros agentes de voz nunca fallen cuando están en medio de miles de llamadas simultáneas. Vas a ser responsable de que la plataforma opere sin interrupciones a escala: que los deploys sean rápidos y seguros, que el monitoreo detecte problemas antes de que los clientes los sientan, y que la infraestructura crezca con el negocio sin volverse inmanejable. Responsabilidades - Diseñar, implementar y mantener la infraestructura cloud (AWS/GCP) de Kleva - Construir y optimizar pipelines de CI/CD para deploy continuo y seguro - Gestionar orquestación de contenedores (Kubernetes/Docker) y garantizar alta disponibilidad - Implementar observabilidad end-to-end: logging, métricas, alertas y dashboards - Asegurar la infraestructura del voice pipeline: baja latencia, alta concurrencia, cero downtime - Gestionar arquitectura multi-tenant y garantizar aislamiento entre clientes - Automatizar tareas operativas y reducir trabajo manual al mínimo - Optimizar costos de infraestructura sin sacrificar performance - Implementar prácticas de seguridad y compliance en todos los niveles del stack Considera postularte si… - Querés ser dueño de la infraestructura, no solo mantenerla - Disfrutás automatizar todo lo que se puede automatizar - Querés impacto directo: la infraestructura que construyas va a soportar miles de llamadas al día - Preferís autonomía y ownership sobre burocracia y tickets eternos No somos un buen fit si… - Esperás un entorno estable y bien definido donde todo está documentado - Preferís ejecutar lo que otros diseñan en lugar de tomar decisiones de arquitectura - No te sentís cómodo trabajando con ambigüedad. Job Requirements

  • 3-5 años de experiencia en DevOps, SRE o infraestructura cloud
  • Experiencia sólida con AWS o GCP (EC2, EKS, Cloud Run, RDS, o equivalentes)
  • Manejo de Kubernetes y Docker en producción
  • Experiencia construyendo pipelines de CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, o similar)
  • Comodidad con Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, o similar)
  • Capacidad de diagnosticar y resolver problemas de performance y disponibilidad bajo presión
  • Deseable
  • Experiencia con sistemas de voz o telefonía en producción
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de observabilidad (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus)
  • Experiencia con plataformas de mensajería en tiempo real (WebSockets, Kafka, o similar)
