No es un rol de operaciones reactivo, es alguien que piensa en infraestructura como producto: que diseña sistemas resilientes, automatiza todo lo que se pueda automatizar, y garantiza que nuestros agentes de voz nunca fallen cuando están en medio de miles de llamadas simultáneas. Vas a ser responsable de que la plataforma opere sin interrupciones a escala: que los deploys sean rápidos y seguros, que el monitoreo detecte problemas antes de que los clientes los sientan, y que la infraestructura crezca con el negocio sin volverse inmanejable.
