Jalasoft is seeking an experienced and highly organized Scrum Master to lead and support one Agile development team. The ideal candidate is a servant‑leader who promotes Agile values, fosters team collaboration, removes impediments, and ensures that each team consistently delivers high‑quality software in alignment with business goals.

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent facilitation capabilities.
  • The ability to work closely with Product Owners, engineering leaders, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience working with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
  • Scrum/Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, etc.) are a plus.
