The Opportunity We are seeking an Associate Director of Data Ingestion to lead and evolve our data import capabilities as we scale DerivativeEDGE, our cloud-native derivatives platform serving banks, credit unions, investment managers, and corporate treasury teams. Reporting to the Director of Data & Insights, this role partners closely with Engineering, Product, and AI Lab to build intelligent, flexible data ingestion infrastructure that removes friction from how clients bring their data into the platform. This position requires strong experience in data engineering, financial data operations, or capital markets technology, enabling the Associate Director to understand the diversity and complexity of data formats, custodian feeds, and reporting structures across financial institutions. You will be responsible for driving the team's capability to ingest data in any format, leveraging AI to reduce manual intervention, accelerate onboarding, and ensure the reliability of the data that powers our clients' risk management workflows. What You'll Do - Lead and mentor the Data Ingestion team, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement as the team scales its AI-assisted capabilities. - Define and execute the ingestion strategy, prioritizing AI-driven format detection, transformation, and validation across structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data from custodians, counterparties, and internal systems. - Apply domain knowledge of financial data formats, including trade confirmations, position files, cash flow feeds, and valuation reports, to ensure data fidelity across the full trade lifecycle. - Partner with the AI Lab to deploy models that automate field mapping, schema inference, anomaly detection, and format normalization at scale. - Establish metrics around ingestion reliability, latency, and data quality, with a clear definition of done and a bias toward proactive monitoring. What You'll Bring - 8+ years in data engineering or data operations, with 3+ years in a leadership role managing ingestion pipelines or financial data integration. - Demonstrated experience with financial data formats and sources, including custodian files, prime brokerage feeds, trade repositories, or capital markets data vendors. - Strong understanding of modern ingestion architecture, including streaming and batch patterns, schema management, and cloud-native pipeline tooling. - Hands-on experience applying AI and ML to data problems, including format recognition, field mapping, or anomaly detection, with a bias toward production deployment. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align Engineering, Product, and client-facing teams around priorities and drive outcomes in an Agile delivery environment. Preferred Qualifications - Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka or similar event streaming platforms for real-time data pipelines. - Familiarity with AWS services including compute, storage, and managed database offerings. - Experience with Python or C# in a data engineering context. - Exposure to .NET-based platform ecosystems or financial SaaS environments. We are looking for a passionate volunteer Director of Programmes (DPG) who takes a strategic approach to their work, builds professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and orchestrates diverse divisions to effectively and successfully implement a wide array of exciting and impactful projects. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will handle cross-divisional project coordination matters such as the identification and evaluation of institute-level project opportunities, integrated cross-division programme planning and project management, etc. Responsibilities: - To develop programme strategy, implementation and evaluation plan in alignment with BCI’s overall strategy; - To coordinate projects with a diverse global team, including officers from research divisions, communications and capacity-building divisions; - To engage and build relationships with relevant stakeholders to achieve synergy; - To foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promote effective communication, knowledge sharing and critical reflection among teams; - To identify key milestones and facilitate reflection and collective learning with diverse divisions and project partners; - To work closely with senior management to foresee and tackle potential risks and develop mitigation strategies; - To resolve potential conflicts and issues that arise during project implementation and foster a solution-based approach; - To develop a programme team for overall programme execution and monitoring; and - To prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate project status, achievements, and challenges to key stakeholders.

• Provide leadership and direction for Biostatistics, including management and mentoring of staff to provide expert statistical capability. • Develop and maintains global harmonized processes and procedures for Biostatistics according to applicable laws and regulations. • Provide statistical direction to staff for study design, protocol development, analyses and publication strategy. • Work with trial team, and leadership in Clinical Operations and Franchise to set priorities, develop project management plans for trial execution including timelines, milestones, and budgets. • Provide input to Clinical Data Management and Programming leadership on the adoption of data and programming standards. • Interact with regulatory agencies to support the review process of statistical methodology employed in clinical trials. • Stay current with statistical research and the use of novel methodology in clinical trial design and analysis.
