About the role As an Account Executive – Enterprise & Corporate, you will lead strategic customer relationships and drive growth across a small set of enterprise accounts by aligning Insight’s portfolio (hardware, software, cloud, data & AI, cybersecurity, and services) to your customers’ business outcomes. The Opportunity We are seeking an Associate Director of Data Ingestion to lead and evolve our data import capabilities as we scale DerivativeEDGE, our cloud-native derivatives platform serving banks, credit unions, investment managers, and corporate treasury teams. Reporting to the Director of Data & Insights, this role partners closely with Engineering, Product, and AI Lab to build intelligent, flexible data ingestion infrastructure that removes friction from how clients bring their data into the platform. This position requires strong experience in data engineering, financial data operations, or capital markets technology, enabling the Associate Director to understand the diversity and complexity of data formats, custodian feeds, and reporting structures across financial institutions. You will be responsible for driving the team's capability to ingest data in any format, leveraging AI to reduce manual intervention, accelerate onboarding, and ensure the reliability of the data that powers our clients' risk management workflows. We are looking for a passionate volunteer Director of Programmes (DPG) who takes a strategic approach to their work, builds professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and orchestrates diverse divisions to effectively and successfully implement a wide array of exciting and impactful projects. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will handle cross-divisional project coordination matters such as the identification and evaluation of institute-level project opportunities, integrated cross-division programme planning and project management, etc. Responsibilities: - To develop programme strategy, implementation and evaluation plan in alignment with BCI’s overall strategy; - To coordinate projects with a diverse global team, including officers from research divisions, communications and capacity-building divisions; - To engage and build relationships with relevant stakeholders to achieve synergy; - To foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promote effective communication, knowledge sharing and critical reflection among teams; - To identify key milestones and facilitate reflection and collective learning with diverse divisions and project partners; - To work closely with senior management to foresee and tackle potential risks and develop mitigation strategies; - To resolve potential conflicts and issues that arise during project implementation and foster a solution-based approach; - To develop a programme team for overall programme execution and monitoring; and - To prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate project status, achievements, and challenges to key stakeholders.
