• Responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of strategic programs • Ensure alignment with company business objectives • Coordinate activities across multiple projects and workstreams • Report on program progress and follow up on action items • Manage timelines effectively and ensure clarity on priorities • Map key stakeholders and assess risks • Drive overall initiative progress to success • Develop program scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with business goals • Identify, assess, and prioritize program risks and issues • Lead program ceremonies and governance forums as required
