Role Description We are seeking a dynamic Pharmacometrics Consultant who will bring extensive expertise in quantitative pharmacology to our clinical stage programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the applications of model-based drug development within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry and be passionate about translating science into approved and accessible medicines. You will report directly to the Head of Clinical Pharmacology and partner closely with various functions of our growing organization. - Use modeling approaches to advance clinical and translational research at Entrada Therapeutics. - Support the development of diverse modeling strategies and execution, in collaboration with the Head of Clinical Pharmacology, to bring value to the Entrada portfolio. - Work collaboratively with functional partners, including Clinical Development, Biostatistics, Non-Clinical Product Development, Clinical Operations, and Regulatory to deliver on both project team and corporate objectives. - Author regulatory documents including analysis plans, study reports, population PK reports, exposure-response analyses reports and other similar documents. - Monitor work with CROs and other external vendors to ensure compliance with agreed protocols, quality standards, and timelines. Qualifications - Ph.D. in pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacology, pharmacometrics, pharmacokinetics, or related discipline or Pharm.D. or M.D. with relevant experience. - 7+ years’ experience with background in the application of mathematical, pharmacokinetics, and statistical methods within pharma/biotech industries or drug development. - Experience using Phoenix WinNonlin, R, NONMEM, MATLAB, or other pharmacokinetic and modeling software. - Strong mathematical model development and analytical skills. This position has the flexibility to work remotely from Ohio, Pennsylvania, or Louisiana. The position will help us grow our Air Quality Market Sector Practice. You must have an entrepreneurial attitude, and enthusiasm for supporting business development and technical efforts to expand Geosyntec’s market share. This position will support the creation and implementation of new strategies by providing strategic solutions to our clients' most complex problems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Business development, project management and technical lead for air quality projects related to emissions quantification and studies, carbon and climate change programs, environmental impact assessments, regulatory analysis and permitting, and compliance solutions. - Maintain high visibility in the marketplace through regular client contact, participation in client-based professional organizations, and attendance and presentations at industry events. - Technical leader for air quality matters regulatory analyses as driven by the Clean Air Act, as well as state and local regulations and evolving GHG regulations and reporting programs. - Supporting industrial hygiene tasks and projects and maintain CIH certifications. - Provide consulting services for air permitting (such as NSR, PSD, Title V, GHG, EPCRA and state-level pre-construction and operating permits), and air quality impact assessments involving dispersion modeling and health risk assessment. - Collaborate with the Environmental Resources and Planning Service Line in support of energy related NEPA tasks and projects. - Assist in the development and planning of new and modified facilities, as well as providing integrated consulting, environmental, design and construction support for some of the largest projects in the U.S. - Manage projects and staff, including providing technical leadership and oversight, risk management, and mentoring. - Work closely with staff in other offices. - Assist in recruiting and training additional staff. - Serve in a leadership role for the company culture and values across the organization. - Drive personal, company, and rental vehicles to client or company project or office sites, and other business locations, as needed. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in environmental, mechanical or chemical engineering or a similar engineering discipline. (preferred) - Professional registration (i.e., C.I.H., P.E) (preferred) Requirements - At least 8 years of air quality program and project management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. (preferred) - Excellent writing and communication skills. (required) - Field work and overnight travel may be required. - Current OSHA 40-hr HAZWOPER training and refreshers. • Manage paid advertising accounts across Meta Ads, including Facebook and Instagram. • Build, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta ad campaigns. • Manage campaign budgets, audiences, placements, creative testing, and conversion goals. • Analyze campaign performance and make strategic recommendations to improve ROI. • Monitor key metrics including cost per lead, cost per acquisition, click-through rate, conversion rate, ROAS, and overall campaign efficiency. • Create and test ad copy, creative angles, offers, audiences, and landing page strategies. • Develop and execute new paid advertising strategies for clients. • Use Google Ads as a secondary platform when needed. • Understand and produce client-facing reports. • Communicate campaign performance, insights, and next steps clearly to clients. • Collaborate with internal team members to achieve client goals. • Maintain accurate records of campaign activity, client communication, and optimization work. • Stay current with Meta Ads platform changes, paid social trends, tracking updates, and digital advertising best practices.

• Responsible for supporting the development of performance and business plans for partner health systems to develop and optimize existing home infusion pharmacy services. • Supports Senior consultant in interview facilitation, preparation of minutes, development of agenda, and tracking open items. • Supports development of presentation deliverables across all senior members of entire Geisinger Pharmacy Team. • Supports project management, data and analytics, and deliverables to meet client needs on account. • Supports development of all final deliverables to include both financial modeling and executive level presentations. • 15% nation-wide travel may be required.
