Solutions Architect

Role Description We are seeking a Solutions Architect with deep hands-on expertise across software engineering, data platforms, AI and ML, and cloud architecture. This role blends technical leadership, presales strategy, and hands-on solution design, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to shape high value customer opportunities and modernize enterprise data and AI ecosystems. - Design end-to-end software solutions including application architecture, integration patterns, and cloud native design for client projects and in-house R&D initiatives. - Architect and deliver modern data platforms using Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, or hybrid combinations, including data warehouses, semantic models, and enterprise data architectures aligned to analytics and AI use cases. - Develop cloud architectures across Azure, AWS, and GCP balancing innovation, scalability, and cost efficiency. - Provide hands-on technical leadership across development, data engineering, AI and ML, and analytics workloads. - Architect and implement AI/ML solutions using popular LLM ecosystems including building/fine-tuning models, developing AI-powered applications, and integrating generative AI into enterprise workflows. - Lead the technical evaluation phase during sales cycles partnering with Sales and Presales to shape deal strategy, define solution scope, and build compelling technical narratives. Qualifications - 5+ years designing cloud-native software solutions and architectures on Azure, AWS, or GCP. - 6+ years working with Big Data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, Cassandra, and distributed compute frameworks. - Hands-on experience designing data platforms using Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Snowflake (emphasis on Fabric and Databricks), including data modeling, data warehousing, and enterprise data architecture. - Deep knowledge of the SDLC, engineering best practices, and modern development patterns. - Technical experience designing, developing, and integrating AI/ML solutions including large language models (OpenAI, Llama, custom models), vector search, prompt engineering, and building AI-powered applications. Requirements - 5+ years in client-facing presales, consulting, or solution architecture roles. - Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business value with executive presence across technical and business stakeholders. - Experience collaborating with Sales and Presales to shape opportunities, define architectures, and support deal strategy. - Strong storytelling, communication, and whiteboarding skills.
