• Serve as an integral part of HSAG Data Science & Advanced Analytics division. • Works in conjunction with staff and customers to define dashboard requirements. • Design, develop, and maintain reports and multi-level dashboards. • Design and implement proof of concept solutions and create advanced BI visualizations. • Experience working with Ad-hoc Business Objects Web Intelligence Reports. • Develop impactful presentations and documents. • Design, develop, and automate end-to-end ETL solutions using dynamic SQL to perform file validation, manage staging-to-production pipelines, and process large-scale datasets. • Architect and implement complex business rules within the SQL environment to ensure data transformation meets rigorous contract and project specifications. • Lead data quality management by developing SQL-based validation frameworks and implementing automated corrective actions to resolve data anomalies. • Author and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including data mapping, ETL workflow diagrams, and internal policies that ensure data is secure, accurate, and accessible. • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting to corporate staff, HSAG clients, and contractors regarding data gathering, database design, and dissemination activities. • Oversee the technical User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process to validate that data loads and system outputs meet customer and budget requirements. • Manage the full data project lifecycle, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality data products while adhering to project schedules and contract milestones. • Collaborate with other HSAG departments to troubleshoot project activities and provide data support services for complex customer research issues. • Stay current on emerging database structures, ETL technologies, and analytic methodologies, communicating relevant advancements to the team to improve internal data infrastructure. • Communicate complex topics to team through both written and oral communications.

• Leads: Assess and qualify business opportunities by analyzing leads from internal sources • Pipeline Development: Generate and advance leads through the qualification process • CRM Management: Utilize CRM System to track, manage and update pipeline information • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of aerospace OEMs, Tier suppliers, and competitors • Develop detailed competitive intelligence profiles covering capabilities, certifications, and strategic positioning • Prepare capabilities matrices, past performance and data calls as required • Assist in preparing RFI and Market Research responses

• Owns the commercial data architecture that powers pipeline visibility, retention tracking, forecasting, and service-line expansion strategy. • Connects CRM, financial, operational, and clinical data into actionable insights that drive growth. • Collaborates with Business Development, Marketing and executive leadership to define and execute data-driven research and analytics strategies. • Develops and implements key performance indicators (KPIs) to consistently monitor progress. • Proactively investigates and communicates emerging trends in existing partnerships. • Owns the quarterly partner metrics database, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. • Uses Power BI to develop and integrate key performance metrics into partner review presentations. • Creates and prepares analytical data packages to support partner expansion opportunities. • Serves as the subject matter expert for business intelligence by region, system and account.

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, operational reports, and datasets. • Build reports that connect directly to SQL Server views and stored procedures for real-time or near real-time operational insights. • Create efficient data models (Star Schema or Snowflake) optimized for performance and scalability. • Develop and validate DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and visualizations following best practices. • Collaborate with business users to translate reporting needs into actionable analytics solutions. • Implement row-level security (RLS) and manage user access within Power BI Service. • Support data validation, performance tuning, and report optimization activities. • Develop semantic models and standardized datasets for self-service and reusable analytics. • Participate in CI/CD processes and version control using GitHub. • Document report logic, data sources, and model definitions to support maintainability and governance. • Ensure compliance with enterprise data quality, integrity, and governance standards. • Partner with IT and business system teams to align operational reporting with organizational KPIs and performance frameworks.
