Business Intelligence Analyst II

• Analyze business problems using internal and external data to identify trends, patterns, and key drivers • Translate business needs into reporting specifications and develop solutions for presenting information clearly and effectively • Build and maintain queries, reports, and dashboards to support projects and operational decision‑making • Partner with internal teams to research and resolve data‑related inquiries of moderate complexity • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including process enhancements, team knowledge‑sharing, and best‑practice development
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Basic to moderate experience developing SQL queries and procedures
- Foundational understanding of reporting automation and data modeling concepts
- Experience with R, Python, Azure, or similar analytical tools
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or DAX Studio
- Working knowledge of Agile or Lean methodologies
- Ability to apply data quality concepts to ensure accuracy and consistency
