• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, operational reports, and datasets. • Build reports that connect directly to SQL Server views and stored procedures for real-time or near real-time operational insights. • Create efficient data models (Star Schema or Snowflake) optimized for performance and scalability. • Develop and validate DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and visualizations following best practices. • Collaborate with business users to translate reporting needs into actionable analytics solutions. • Implement row-level security (RLS) and manage user access within Power BI Service. • Support data validation, performance tuning, and report optimization activities. • Develop semantic models and standardized datasets for self-service and reusable analytics. • Participate in CI/CD processes and version control using GitHub. • Document report logic, data sources, and model definitions to support maintainability and governance. • Ensure compliance with enterprise data quality, integrity, and governance standards. • Partner with IT and business system teams to align operational reporting with organizational KPIs and performance frameworks.
- The Executive Compensation, Equity, & Reporting Advisor (Part Time) supports the full scope of Pyxus International’s Global Executive Compensation, Equity Compensation, & Regulatory Reporting programs and requirements (e.g. 10-K, CD&A, SOX-level, etc.). A key partner to internal Human Resources, Audit, Finance, ensuring that Pyxus International’s programs are administered consistent with plan documents, correct and timely, and compliant with corporate regulatory considerations. Oversees the day-to-day administration and compliance of Pyxus International’s equity compensation program through vendor partners and with the support of the Total Rewards and Compensation teams. Reporting to the Director, Global Total Rewards, this role is a member of the Total Rewards team and a mentor (business partner) to Benefits, Compensation, HRIS, and Human Resources professionals throughout the enterprise.

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and support of enterprise mobility applications, with a primary focus on .NET MAUI-based mobile solutions and supporting web platforms. • Define and maintain scalable, secure, and maintainable application architectures aligned with Microsoft best practices. • Ensure alignment of mobility solutions with broader enterprise systems and integration standards. • Oversee interfaces between GMS and other Pyxus enterprise applications. • Drive performance optimization, reliability, and application quality across mobile and web platforms. • Ensure proper testing, validation, and readiness of solutions prior to production release. • Coordinate and manage production releases and deployment activities. • Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of developers, analysts, and support resources. • Actively engage with global business stakeholders to understand requirements, priorities, and regional needs. • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies. • Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage delivery and continuous improvement.
