Technical Implementation Analyst
Ohalo
Ohalo is seeking a Technical Implementation Analyst to join our Customer Success team, helping clients unlock the full potential of our platform for categorizing and classifying unstructured data. In this role, you will assist with deploying and configuring Ohalo's software on Linux-based environments, ensuring smooth installations, updates, and integrations. You will work in a customer-facing team to understand client needs, tailor configurations, maintain the reliability and performance of deployed systems, and provide up to level 2 support. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the first technical point of contact for customer support requests – triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues efficiently. This includes diagnosing software behavior, reviewing logs, and collaborating with internal engineering teams to escalate or resolve complex cases. - Maintain articles in the Data X-Ray knowledgebase – adding and updating articles, and leveraging them in response to customer support requests. - Deploy, configure, optimize, and maintain Data X-Ray platform on hosted and customer infrastructure. - Assist in documenting configurations, providing guidance to customers, and identifying opportunities for product or process improvement based on user feedback.
Job Requirements
- The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience working with software deployment or systems administration on Linux platforms, with a solid understanding of networking and security concepts. You should be technically curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable speaking directly with enterprise customers. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential – you'll often translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
