• Performance Marketing Creatives: Design static and motion assets for paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels. Iterate fast, test often. • Organic Social Content: Create engaging content for Deblock's social media presence across Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok. • Multi-Market Adaptation: Adapt creative assets across formats, languages, and markets — helping Deblock speak visually to six European countries. • Campaign Contributions: Bring fresh ideas to launches, brand moments, and always-on creative. You'll work within and help evolve Deblock's visual identity.

Job Requirements

  • Early-Career Creative: You're at the start of your design career and hungry to grow. A degree in design, art direction, or a related field is great, but your portfolio matters more.
  • Figma Native: You live in Figma — clean files, components, auto-layout, shared libraries. This is your primary workspace and it shows.
  • Motion + Static Range: Your portfolio demonstrates strong work across both static and motion design. You're comfortable in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
