This is a remote position. Depot Distribution Analyst We are seeking a Depot Distribution Analyst to support data-driven distribution, inventory, and operational workflows across client environments. This role will leverage analytics and reporting to optimize depot operations, distribution processes, and supply chain performance, while supporting systems built on AWS, Azure, Tableau, Power BI, and DealCloud CRM. The ideal candidate combines operational understanding with strong data analysis skills and is comfortable working in a technology-enabled, AI-driven environment. Key Responsibilities - Analyze and optimize distribution, inventory, and depot operations workflows - Monitor and report on key metrics such as: - Inventory levels and accuracy - Order fulfillment and turnaround times - Distribution efficiency and cost metrics - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI - Validate and analyze data across systems, data pipelines, and operational platforms - Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement and automation - Support integration and data flow between systems, including CRM platforms such as DealCloud - Collaborate with operations, logistics, and technology teams to align data insights with business needs - Assist in forecasting and planning activities related to distribution and inventory management - Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting and operational systems - Support continuous improvement initiatives and AI-driven optimization efforts Requirements Required Qualifications - 2–5 years of experience in operations analysis, supply chain, distribution, or data analyst roles - Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting - Proficiency in SQL and/or Excel for data analysis - Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI - Understanding of distribution, logistics, or inventory management processes - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to translate data into actionable business insights Key Traits for Success - Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset - Ability to connect data insights to operational outcomes - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy - Collaborative and able to work across business and technical teams - Adaptable in a technology-driven, evolving environment

Required Qualifications - 3 or more years of experience in a B2B manufacturing or distribution environment. - Experience working with contract pricing, membership eligibility, customer access, or related agreement administration. - Experience reviewing and interpreting complex contracts, pricing terms, or business agreements. - Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Vistex, Oracle, or similar platforms. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data entry skills. - Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including experience with Excel formulas. - Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications - Associate degree or higher. - SharePoint experience. - Experience supporting supplier and customer pricing programs in a complex business environment. - Experience training others, reviewing teamwork, or serving as a subject matter resource.
