• Provide customer support via email, chat, WhatsApp, telephone and remotely in an agile, practical and efficient manner so users feel confident and have their questions satisfactorily resolved • Maintain strong customer relationships and a comprehensive understanding of all applications of the Minha Effecti system, as well as company policies and procedures • Analyze processes and routines carried out within the department to propose and implement best practices for using the Minha Effecti tool • Organize and keep support records up to date to ensure customer requests are answered and to perform follow-ups • Stay up to date on bidding legislation and regulations and monitor updates in the sector
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of bidding/public procurement processes
- Comfortable working with technology
- Experience in customer support
- Interpersonal skills, empathy, and strong verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of the Minha Effecti platform is a plus
- Familiarity with platforms such as WhatsApp, Movidesk, 55PBX, AnyDesk, Loom, Notepad++, Slack, and Google Workspace

• Provide Level 2 technical support for complex incidents related to the brightfin product operating within the ServiceNow platform. • Conduct in-depth investigation of customer issues and perform root cause analysis. • Install basic applications into customer ServiceNow environments. • Perform basic configuration tasks: tenant setup, MDM, API, and user criteria. • Implement app upgrades, hotfixes, and enhancements (configuration only, no development). • Troubleshoot issues related to failed uploads, fulfillment tasks, connectivity, and instance synchronization. • Provide prompt technical support as part of the second level (L2) support team. • Collaborate with other teams on issue resolution and bug fixes if needed.
