Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT delivery
- At least 3+ years supporting BPM and/or Pega initiatives
- Proven experience analyzing and documenting business processes, rules, SLAs, and controls
- Strong hands‑on ability to write Epics and user stories in Gherkin with clear, testable acceptance criteria
- Extensive experience using Azure DevOps (ADO Boards) for backlog management and delivery tracking
- Experience partnering closely with development and QA teams, including UAT support
- Strong facilitation, analytical, and technical writing skills in client‑facing environments
- Basic technical awareness of APIs, JSON, and SQL to support data and integration discussions
- PCBA or CBA certification preferred

Ohalo is seeking a Technical Implementation Analyst to join our Customer Success team, helping clients unlock the full potential of our platform for categorizing and classifying unstructured data. In this role, you will assist with deploying and configuring Ohalo's software on Linux-based environments, ensuring smooth installations, updates, and integrations. You will work in a customer-facing team to understand client needs, tailor configurations, maintain the reliability and performance of deployed systems, and provide up to level 2 support. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the first technical point of contact for customer support requests – triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues efficiently.
