About the role We are seeking a talented Back-end Developer to join CoVet and play a pivotal role in building and scaling our platform. You’ll design, develop, and maintain backend systems on Google Cloud and Firebase, implement server-side logic using Node.js, optimize Firestore data models, and build reliable APIs and integrations. You’ll also be expected to leverage AI as part of your daily engineering workflow to accelerate development, improve system design, and enhance overall code quality, while ensuring our infrastructure remains secure, efficient, and scalable. We value developers who take ownership end-to-end, from problem definition to production monitoring, and who are comfortable shipping fast, iterating, and improving continuously.
