Business Development Consultant

Strongpoint Partners

• Manage and qualify inbound retirement plan leads generated through marketing campaigns, partnerships, and referrals • Engage financial advisors, consultants, and referral partners to understand their business and retirement plan needs • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and progression • Partner with field sales and National Accounts teams to transition opportunities and coordinate next steps • Support advisor meetings, proposals, and presentations • Educate advisors on retirement plan design, compliance considerations, and TPA services • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and pipeline activity within the CRM • Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance

Job Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in financial services, sales, business development, or client relationship management
  • Exposure to retirement plans, financial advisor distribution, or institutional sales is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and sales tools
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
