Travel Product & Operations Specialist

Ventura TRAVEL

• Coordinate all logistics: accommodations, local guides, transport, and activities • Build and manage partner relationships: ensuring reliable service and long-term collaboration • Negotiate contracts: securing high-quality services at competitive rates • Recruit and manage Tour Captains: finding, onboarding, and supporting TCs • Develop travel products: researching destinations and improving itineraries • Provide real-time support: acting as the main contact during tours and solving issues quickly • Drive regional ownership: proactively identifying improvements and taking responsibility for the region

Job Requirements

  • Strong organizational & problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with service providers in at least one of our destinations
  • Tech-savvy and curious about digital tools
  • A collaborative spirit and a can-do attitude
  • Fluent in English + at least one of the following: Thai or Indonesian
  • Willingness to travel

Qualifications: - Comfortable and confident making outbound calls, including cold calling or follow-ups. You should enjoy talking to people and have a positive, engaging phone presence. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially via email and Google Chat. - Previous experience in a role involving phone communication, scheduling, or data entry is highly preferred. - Familiarity with scheduling software, Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Chat), and the ability to learn new systems quickly. - Capable of handling multiple schedules and updates with precision and attention to detail. - Able to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well with others.
